If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has consented to your use of the service. We reserve the right to terminate accounts we reasonably believe belong to users under 16.

If you purchased a Jarvo NFC product as a consumer in the United Kingdom, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
Returns: If your product is faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund. After 30 days and within 6 months, we will offer a repair or replacement in the first instance. Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms.
Digital services: The linking service provided through this platform is a digital service supplied under separate terms from the physical product.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of planned outages where possible.

All branding, logos, website content, and service materials provided by Jarvo are the property of Jarvo and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. Where reasonably practicable, we will notify you before taking such action. On termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
We aim to resolve any disputes quickly and informally. If you have a complaint, please contact us at support@jarvo.online and we will endeavour to resolve the matter within 14 days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you are a consumer resident in another jurisdiction with mandatory local consumer protection rights, in which case those rights are not affected.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jarvo regarding your use of the service and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be made in writing to be effective.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the effective date. Continued use of the service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
